And my second Question:

Can some one extract the World and Part Models from Lego Universe 2 i need them to rebuild the game. The Game is downloadable from luniserver.com

Scrubs only adds official LEGO parts that have been made by The LEGO Group. If you would like custom parts, you can always export your model and create your own parts in a third-party software (like Blender or Maya).
Secondly, to request missing parts, please go here: http://www.mecabricks.com/en/forum/topic/50 (keep in mind it is encouraged to actually name the parts you want added.) 😉
