Not a major issue; just a slightly annoying one.
I've looked at every post here on the forum, so as to know when new ones are posted when the MECABRICKS icon turns blue. However, it seems that the color scheme for the "Helps and Tips" section of the forum, this is backwards, as it is blue when read and grey when unread.
Is it just a typo in the code, or something? Or is it harder to fix? I use Google Chrome on a Mac.

I don't have this problem, lol. I'm pretty sure there's still a topic in Helps and Tips that you didn't read and therefore it turns still blue. Or if you are returning using the back arrow, you are returning to the previous page which will mark the topic you just red still as blue.
I have one too, but this is another section 😛
It is more complicated than just a typo in the code. I intend to update the forum one of those days. End of the year or early next year so it wil have to wait until then.
