Will the Elite Police ever be in the workshop?

Hi,
I was just wanting to know if the City Elite Police would ever be in the workshop?
I am in need of a spy torso and legs, but I don't want to use the Agents minifigures.
The Elite Police torsos and legs would be perfect. Chase McCain from Lego City Undercover wears a uniform very similar to this.

If these minifigures appear in My City, then there's a high chance that the decorations are available in the same thread as I mentioned earlier.
The decoration is for sure in LEGO City Undercover and I might have a look sometime soon to pull it out for you, but it might just not work as it's a WiiU game and renders textures others than PC games.

EDIT: Neither torso or legs are available in LEGO City Undercover. Chase Mccain is wearing a similar torso and legs but I couldn't find a reference in a real set. Has he ever appeared in a real set?

Oops. I meant the link to what the Elite Police minifigure looked like not Chase McCain. 😉
But there is a set that has Chase in it that was part of the Elite Police line, set 60007. 😃
But anyways can the torso and legs be added to the workshop? If anybody can, many thanks! 😄
