Try SoundBible.com, Freesound.org, Sound Jay, and the YouTube Audio Library. Preferably the license will be either CC0 (meaning we don't need to credit it) Royalty Free, or Public Domain; however Public Domain SFX aren't typically very high quality. I know of one that's in a McDonald's toy we used to have. 😛

Or, if you have a good camera/microphone you could record a car that sounds right too. 😉
