Azog The Defiler and Toolmanjr320, and some other people and I were thinking of doing a collaborative LEGO Ideas project together, so this is the topic for it. Don't worry, I asked Scrubs to make sure it was okay, and it's designed for us, but if you have a question about it, we could probably answer you. 😛
@LegoBricker Thanks! And your welcome! 😆
@Masman Just Flashlight led. 😃 With Bleach Bypass(I think that's what it's called) on the car layer, and a blur on the light flare layer. 😄
Its amazing what a render can do, huh? 😃
Flashlight LED? I thought it looked like Flashlight White...
LegoBricker, it sure is.
@masman I changed the hue. 😃
@LegoBricker I couldn't agree more. 😄
Oh, I see why I thought it was different! It was the rear lights shining on the ground, which made it look like the flares were stretching out the sides like Flashlight White.
Actually there aren't any rear lights. 😛 I think I just configured the settings so it looked a lot like flashlight white. 😃 All the lights are presets. If you play around with the settings you can create any of them. So I wasn't really using Flashlight led, I had created my own light. 😛
Ah, I see. You must have added some rays...
I think there's two. One of them is not scaled up. 😃
I think for my logo I might have the raised text on a piece of glass, with a shadow of it on the ground. 😃
@Masman Now that we all have at least one car, maybe we should start working on the backgrounds for the renders.
That's fine! It is your logo after all. 😄 I'm still toying with ideas in my brain for logos...
Do we need specific backgrounds? I was just thinking we'd use the default plane in the template.
I think it would be cool if we had them in a parking lot, or on a race track, or maybe on a piece of raised ground like at a dealership.
That would be neat. Do you want to render the pictures with backgrounds? I can do the plain plane shots. 😜
Ok. 😆
So you're thinking that the logo doesn't need a neutral background?
You guys are coming up with new faces...I love it. 😜
We were talking about renderings of the project. ...or at least I was. 😄 The logos would preferably have a transparent background, but if you can't figure out how to do that with the programs you have, use green, red, or blue. (In brighter shades.)
We're not really coming up with them, just using some of the many choices: http://www.mecabricks.com/en/emojis
Oh, I must have misunderstood. Alright thanks for the info! 💎
Oh I didn't know you could add imoticons like that. 😛
I didn't know either until I asked Masman how he was getting his. 😛
Here's what I've done on the parking lot scene so far this morning. 😄
That's a neat idea Azog❗
It looks good.
That looks great Azog!
