Rendering transparent background

Hello everyone!

I am planning to make a little blog about LEGO and I'd like to make it's design really unique.. I would like to add some awesome rendered pictures with transparent background (so I can put those images everywhere, not only on white background..). Is it possible to render images with transparent background?

If you're using blender just click the two objects the arrows are pointing to.
