Well, you need to list the missing parts and prints in the description and, since the prints for the minifigures haven't been added, make "stand in" minifigures.

According to the description the model is complete. But I guess there are parts/prints missing, right? An error list is missing.

@gingerwitch, the partID substitution is not necessary. Only when it's a completely different mold or completely missing part.
