To zoom in and out, you can use the mouse wheel.
Alternatively if you work with a laptop, you can also use the multi-touch trackpad (e.g. 2 fingers slide up or down on a macbook).

To rotate the model use the left button of the mouse (or trackpad).
To pan the model use the right button of the mouse (or trackpad).

I had a similar issue when working on a larger model. The easiest way to zoom out is usually by using the mouse wheel. If you are on a laptop or Chromebook, try using two fingers on the trackpad to scroll up or down. That normally controls zoom in and zoom out inside the Mecabricks workspace.

If it still does not work, I would also check the browser zoom level first, because sometimes the page zoom or a browser extension can make the workspace feel harder to control.
