No, rendering mode is only to set the parameters of the scene and render. All tools are disabled here.

The side panel where all of the light, brick color settings etc. is gone. Plz help.

Also, if you're using a phone, the workshop won't work.

how do you group a model
@16thomaste, select the parts you want to group and press J, or click the group icon in the left bar.
How to bend a minifigure
Can you clarify? If you mean bend the pieces themselves, you can't.

If you want to rotate (?) the hip and upper body only, you need to select both, then click on one of the hip's leg connection pivots; hit [M] to switch from translation to rotation.

You cannot. What is the issue with it? Studio lighting reproduces exactly the look of the older version.
