What tools do you use to make the seam lines and stuff for the new parts Scrubs?

So basically I kinda wanna know Scrubs workflow. Or at least how you do the seam lines and the lil numbers on the parts. What program do you use and what tools at what settings. I dont really want mine Im going to do to look off. Thanks!

Nothing complicated to create bump textures. My eyes and image software (Photoshop and illustrator). No rules after, it has to look good for the smallest file possible.
