Hi everyone, I'm reaching out because I feel like I've been going in circles for the past few days and I just need some honest advice from people who actually live here and deal with the same struggles. My daily driver is a 2018 Mercedes E Class and last week it started giving me trouble with the battery again. This is the third time in two years that something electrical has gone wrong and I'm really tired of taking it to the dealership where they charge an arm and a leg just to tell me what the problem is, let alone fix it. I've tried a couple of independent garages that my coworkers recommended but the experience was hit or miss. One of them was decent but located all the way in Al Quoz and I wasted half my Saturday sitting there waiting. Another one was cheaper but honestly I don't think they knew what they were doing because the problem came back after a week. I started looking online for mobile services that come to your home or office because that would save me so much time and hassle. I came across a website called visit here that seems to offer mobile battery replacement and diagnostics for all kinds of cars including luxury ones like mine. The reviews I found were mostly positive but you never know which reviews are fake these days so I'm hesitant to just trust them blindly. Has anyone here actually used this company before and if so how was your experience? I'm specifically wondering if their technicians are knowledgeable about German cars because Mercedes electronics can be really finicky if you don't know what you're doing. Also do they come with proper diagnostic tools or do they just try to sell you a battery and leave? I don't mind paying a fair price as long as the job is done right the first time. I would really appreciate any honest feedback good or bad because I need to get this sorted before the weekend and I don't want to make another expensive mistake.
