I’m new to fitness gear and wanted some advice on the best options for support during workouts. I’ve heard a lot about ARM Belts but am unsure which type offers the most comfort and durability.
Are there particular materials or designs that make them more effective for weightlifting or general strength training? Also, how should I measure for the correct fit to avoid discomfort or injury? Any personal experiences or brand recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
