I’ve found it to be a great way to gauge if my browser or mouse input is experiencing any micro-stutters—which is crucial information before I start a heavy 3D rendering or a detailed assembly. It also acts as a perfect mental break that keeps your reflexes sharp without losing that "creative zone."
