Hi! I've been working on a set for the past few days. I suddenly can't find my latest version. It's not on the recycling bin or anywhere else. Luckily I had downloaded a zmbx. file to render. Is it possible to re-upload from a zmbx file or any way of getting back to the workshop using any other software?

Looks like we're in the same boat. Have you tried looking at the autosaved version? File>Recover Autosave.
