Fun fact, it's actually the first forum post... but Scrubs never delivered on his promise to actually add the rules...
Oh, and the reason why I know it's the first forum post (that stuck. There may have been more for e.g. testing purposes) is because the URL is literally topic/1 on the current version of Mecabricks.
