Render Farm Offline?

I've been trying to render a model for the past couple days but the render window says offline. Anybody else having this issue?

Can someone turn on the render to Online not Offline?

We need @scrubs to sort the issue out. Its been like 3+days now and it still isn't working.

This spam notification has reminded me, the render farm went offline last night as my render was on 99%. Do we know what’s up and when it will be back online please?
