How do I re-open a project I closed?

Can I even open a project I closed after I saved it? I would like to know how, so I can be able to work on it without other tabs either slowing it down, or it slowing down my other tabs, as I am going to keep it open just in case there is no way. Thanks!

Use File -> Open in the workshop.
