Textures for some parts of minifigure missing when exporting to Blender
jackchatterley started this discussion in Help and Tips

New to the Mecabricks/Blender world and was wondering if someone could help. I'm rendering 2 minifigures side-by-side, and the arm texture seems to be missing from one figure (works fine on the other) and the leg decorated texture is missing on both after an export to Blender. I can provide more information/screenshots if needed. Hopefully someone else has experienced something similar and has an easy fix.

Yes please on the screenshots. Too much valuable info. Also which render engine are you using? Switching to Cycles as your render engine will probably fix the issue. If you are seeing pink or white parts then it definitely will.

https://ibb.co/QD80qJT I'm in cycles view already. All textures seem to come through to blender fine except for the leg printing.

Ok... let's keep going.

  1. Can you make the model public? It will help with troubleshooting.
  2. This is a custom, right? It looks really good.
  3. What version of Blender are you running? It looks like 3.0?
  4. Did you export zmbx? If so, are you using Blender Lite or Blender Advanced?
  5. Have you tried exporting again from MB... maybe something got messed up in the export.
  6. For any other screenshots we don't need MB anymore... please show the full UI of Blender now.

Hopefully we can drill down to the bottom of this.
