Glass for skylight not transparent

There is an issue regarding part 4448d2 which cannot be made transparent anymore. Neither in the workshop nor in blender. It has a decoration but the glass should be non opaque.

Legacy part which doesn't work through the automatic part conversion. It will be fixed when converted manually to the latest version of the part system.
