The Lego parts provided by mecabricks are composed of multiple objects. Once imported into Blender, it will be a big interference to the animation, so how to get a complete Lego part topology?
If you are talking about keeping a group of bricks stuck together, then I would say you could parent them to an empty, bone, or a master brick. This will allow you to keep each brick as an individual object, but still move them together. Here is a video on the basics of parenting in blender.

If you want to permanently stick them together as one object you can use the join command. Here is a video on that:
