You can use the Screenshot tool. It's keyboard shortcut [C] or the camera icon on the far right hand side of the top toolbar.

For a higher quality image, you can use the render mode. You will need to add a camera and aim it, and then switch from the Design mode to the Render mode in the top left of the page.
