Switch Blender's viewport display mode to Material Preview or Rendered. The prints are there, they're just hidden in the Solid display mode. This is controlled by the icons in the top right hand corner in any 3d viewport. Also, Mecabricks materials are built for they Cycles render engine, so you may have better success when switching from Eevee to Cycles.

Since material preview uses the Eevee engine, you probably won't properly see the transparent materials until switching to Rendered with Cycles as your render engine.

Oh alright, but what about exporting the model from blender to unity? is there a way to keep the prints and transparency?
