I'm not sure that exists... although it would probably be useful. Here's a search for all the 1x2 plates modified with a bar (or bars) on Bricklink:

If you don't mind overlapping pieces, you can place two of 48336 in the same location and rotate one of them 180º. It wouldn't work in real life, but it's possible in Mecabricks.
