So I am building the 75252 Imperial Star Destroyer set, and so far everything has been perfect. But now I have to connect pieces that aren't at specific angles. Is there a way I can lock a snap on a connecter so that when I snap another connecter in a farther spot, it rotates the whole piece without interfering with any snaps?

I need to connect the front end of it to the hole above it but want the middle to stay snapped on its connector.
