how do I create my own custom parts?

I'm a creator of eight months, and I don't know how to make a custom piece. can anyone help fix that?

Custom decorations (prints or stickers) on existing parts? Yes, you can. Here's a link:

Custom parts? (i.e. different geometry from what already exists?) Not feasible in Mecabricks current state.
