If you want to make a new part, (3D modeling it) then the quick answer is no.

There is no tool to upload custom parts. The best thing I can say is that maybe you could e-mail with Scrubs at the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. Scrubs has an old thread that is outdated, but it should give you an idea of geometry for the parts.

Keep in mind that the shading for today's parts is much more advanced, and I'm not sure if he would accept any parts you send, but it's a start. At the least, you could use your custom parts in your own renders.
