I rendered out a project the other day, however the process seemed to be stuck on 'Building' when I started rendering. So I closed the window and came back onto mecabricks, I tried to view the rendering process in the projects tab, however there were no projects to be viewed, not even any of my previous renders listed on there.

I guess everything is back in order?
Renders are stored on the render server which is different from the Mecabricks app. So if the connection with the server cannot happen for multiple reasons, they do not appear in the list. It does happen sometimes.
