What color did it start out as, and does it have a print or sticker on it?

B1Trash whatever color or print/sticker i use its just black when i place it in the workshop

when i want to change color, I can't because where your color supposed to be, what brick you used, ect, it won't show, is just black

This is usually due to your browser being zoomed in or out. Try setting your browser to 100% zoom or if that doesn't work, try zooming in and out. You should find a setting that shows the sidebar.

there is a flat 2x6 with a custom print on it that will not change color for me i want it be black but when i click the other colors it stays tan

Your image probably is not transparent... can you post the image you're using or make your model public?
