Same here, no matter which browser I use. My best guess is the site was updated and no longer supports older devices properly, since my iPhone 6+ and iPad show the blank black workshop, but my friend's iPhone 11 loads it perfectly.

Wait is it just the screen showing what you have made only going black, like you can still access the toolbar but can see what you doing, or is it the entire screen, everything is black, because the first one keeps on happening to me, I have to log out and log back in just to do work on my project

I am having a similar problem. The workshop loads fine, can select through the parts fine, the grid does not show up and a selected part doe snot show up. The build area is just black. This is on my personal macbook pro running 10.15. It will work fine on a cheapo chromebook I have at work.

any ideas?
I love this website and use it daily, it was a long weekend without access to use it.

I think the area is just not loading, that is my guess, i do not have a clue, all I know if you save the project with the area black it stay black for that project. I haven't really tried opening the project on another device, it might happens for some devices or all, i am not 100% sure do

Nope, no toolbar for me. Everything stays black except for the browser bar.

Well, my theory could still work there too

My bad, I meant that as a reply to your third to last reply, not the second to last, I didn't mean anything against your theory. For me, the page seems to load (as in, the progress bar reaches the end) but none of the interface nor the building grid shows up. Never shows up no matter how long I leave it open either, so I'm not sure it's a loading issue. My guess is an update must have messed with its compatibility with certain devices

I understood that it for my first comment, so don't worry
