Brick Number 6026a1 does not work

Hello, When I this brick (an alligator piece) it does not come up and the brick icon continues to load and I know it's not my internet connection. Any ideas

A couple of old assemblies, e.g. Alligator, do not work anymore. I will again in the future when they will be upgraded to the latest version of the part system.
