What happened to Sonic's head?

I noticed while designing a figure based off of sonic the hedgehog that every part BUT his head was in Meca. Was this due to you not owning his physical figure or is it simply a accident?
This is less of a request and more of just a question I had.

There are still tens of thousands of parts to model. It is not possible to make everything.
