How to zoom in on specific point, other than the center?

I'm building something quite big, and I want to know if there is a way to zoom in on things that aren't the center.

Not sure how you do it on a touch screen, but you right click and drag to move the canvas around.
Tap or click on the specific piece, folder, or click-point you want to center around, go to the top, and,
(On a touchscreen) tap View > Center.
(On a keyboard) press “.”, or click View > Center. You can also right-click and drag, as mentioned above.
