It's all in the title really, I used Mecabricks' UV maps to make a piece but quite quickly discovered that they do not translate to Stud.io.
Hence I was hoping I could export to a format that I knew would play ball with stud.io.
Is there a way to do this?
Try importing into Blender with .zbmx format and download a Blender add-on to export .dat.
As per the license you agreed the first time you exported a model from Mecabricks, you cannot not reuse Mecabricks 3D data in another LEGO builder.
Oh sorry. Dont worry I have not used this method.
