Profile Picture Won't Load In. Keeps Buffering

Hello! My profile picture has not loaded, and I tried uploading it this morning. Nothing has changed. It loads to about 90%, then it just stops.
It is rather annoying when after about 10-11 hours, the picture has not loaded in at all.
Please fix this...
