Show Edges/Wireframe in Render?

Is there a way to show edges/wireframe in the final render? Just like I can set the opacity in the design view, this would be sweet in the render as well. Gives it a bit of a CAD feel.

If using Blender, use the wireframe modifier and uncheck Replace Original. Otherwise, I can't help you.
