Change the color of what, exactly? 😃

On chrome, I am having the same issue. The whole right side panel is missing...

I'm still a little bit confused...

If you look through the Help and Tips category, or even the Community category (where sometimes people post problems, instead of Help and Tips), you might be able to find a forum where someone already asked the question you are asking, or where someone just put out the answer. I feel like someone has asked this before, but as I am still slightly confused as to what the problem is, I am not entirely sure.

Set your browser zoom to 100%.

I am having the same problem. Using google chrome I cannot access the color pallet, Properties, or Groups.
