Unfortunately, hands can't be customized. You can get a sort-of two-toned look if you duplicate the hand and then shift it out ever so slightly. (Change the transform grid from Medium to Small first.) If you want a design on it you will need to do it in post (photoshop it in) or you can export to Blender and add a material there.
