If you have the game yourself, then check out QuickBMS and the ttgames script. That's a good starting place and a googly will get you the info you need on how to extract the info from the .dat files. If you don't have the game then you'll have to get it or you're out of luck.
However, I highly suspect that you won't be able to upload any of it here, as it won't be a derivative work and would be considered illegal. You don't own the textures so you shouldn't share them. You could only use them for personal use and renders etc. 😃
