Can someone explain how to make a new frame for animation?

Animations are accomplished using Animation Nodes. I've started watching Zach Hixson's tutorials on YouTube. He has a giant playlist here:

He goes into good detail on what things are and how they work. The downside is that it is for Blender, which has a whole lot more features than Mecabricks does. The concepts he teaches are the same, but some of the stuff he does just can't be done in Mecabricks. The upside is that he is very good at explaining it all and since Mecabricks is built on Blender, there is a good amount of direct correlation.

Another guy called Neil Cartwright has posted some videos on how to use Animation Nodes specifically in Mecabricks as well. He made a series of 5 videos last summer as he was learning how to get the animation nodes working. I'll link the first one here:
