Getting a design to a BrickLink list.

I'm new to Mecabricks, and I don't know which menu to go to to get the XML file I need to export to BrickLink... I've seen people talking on the forum about how to get that XML file into BrickLink, but I can't even get the XML file haha. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It should really be in the Export option, but that's only got Collada, Wavefront, and Stereolithography.
