That means that the render farm is turned off or not working. You won't be able to render an icon until the system is back up and running.

Hello there! I have been having a similar issue which is constant since the last week. When I try to render a custom piece icon, even thought the circle is green, it gives me an error. Specifically, that error is "E1002: Another icon is currently being rendered" which is not true; I already checked and there isn't any icon being rendered. As I alredy said, it has been like this for a week and I also noticed that the render engine often turns out to be offline... What is happening? Is there any problem with my account or is it mecabricks'?

It's an issue with Mecabricks... Scrubs said on another thread that he's looking into it. I haven't been able to render icons for about 4 weeks now.
