@Lax_Swag: I don't see why anyone would use the one with the band because it would have a black spot on top. It works with clones with hair because it covers it up.

I just used the official Lego earth blue colour for Hardcase's tattoo so maybe we should all use the same colour palette? (and yes I do spell color as colour)

Edit: I'm planning on changing Hardcase's head anyways because i need to add printing to the back of his head, I can change to tattoo the the lighter blue.

EchoL is using bright blue, though I prefer to mix a little of both in rarely, using dark royal blue, but I mostly use bright blue.
