i've watched a few tutorials on this and i can't figure out how to do it. the steps i do are: i export the model, i go to parts, click on the 1x1 brick, go to custom, and enter the reference, configuration, and name. however, when i enter the part number in configuration ( Mini Upper Part No.3489) it says that the configuration file cannot be found. i've tried just entering just the number and it still doesn't work. what am i doing wrong?

Mini doll parts for the most part cannot be customized within Mecabricks until Scrubs updates the parts. You can use your custom textures in a 3D program like Blender if you just want to render an image or animation.
