Lessss gooooooo
Lesss see how many brain cells I can lose
@Cakery, lol
MB: What Cakery said. 😂
So, I'm working on a model I'm making instructions for (a TV and NES at a small scale), but I'm not to sure about a few things:
-Colour scheme
-Legs to the TV
-TV screen display (it can be replaced, so I need ideas for screens it can "show")
Here is a screenshot of it so far:
What are people's thoughts? Thanks!
Looking good, bro! 😄
Maybe add an antenna like this...

And make some longer, thin legs?
Like Snap said, a bunny-ear antenna would be awesome if you could incorporate it at that scale.
Thanks! I'll give it a shot, the legs might be more of a problem, because it's got to be durable for physical building when I release some instructions at some point.
Nice!
nice this entire forum has about 1/13th the amount of posts that one single user has over on the Discord.
@Gecko, for the screen, maybe some 2-Bit videogame 😉
Uh... also:

Pyro: Yes, I saw that. It looks amazing! I really want to see it.
@Pyro I had that idea, but it's really hard to make anything recognisable without using parts the don't exist (or that are common enough for most people to have the parts in their collection)
I saw that too, looks amazing!
@Pyro, It looks epic! It looks much different than what I was expecting!
Hey, what are peoples thoughts now? I'm pretty happy with it, so its pretty much finalised. 😃
Out of interest, if you were to spend money on some step-by-step instructions for this, how much would you guys pay?
I just want to see if it is worth the time and effort. 😄 (I will also be adding things as well, free with the instructions: high quality renders, posters, extra screens for the TV and a non-compulsory colour parts list, just in case people are short of bricks.)
Thanks!
Personally, I don't have much money...
so I would put it cheap-ish and hope a lot of people buy it 😉
(Specifically, no more than £5)
Yeah, I was thinking around that price point. I doubt many will people will buy it though. 😄
I think the problem is it's only instructions. If you were selling everything then I'd pay more. Since it's only the instructions though, I'd say $5-10 (depending on the quality).
