Snap: I played little league soccer for a while (when I was 6-8 ), but other than that, nothing organized. I do (casually) play a little basketball, dabble in ping-pong, and a touch of baseball. But I'm not very skilled in any of them (especially that touch of baseball).

Well, Scrubs can only design parts that he has IRL, so he probably just got the Pug Boy minifigure, and figured since he had it, he should add it.

Snap: Yeah, but he probably doesn't have those IRL. Even if he did, those are some sizable, detailed pieces that would be difficult to model. BTW, are you on the DigiLUG discord server? Scrubs is on there very frequently, and you could ask him there. You'd probably be able to get a reason, as well.
