how to publicly get your model into library?

Can someoen help me?

- Click on your user name in the top right corner.
- Click on the Library button in the blue bar (NOT the link at the top of the page)
- Double click your model.
- Toggle the checkbox on next to "Open to the public"
- Click Save
I'm still confused as to what to do?
