He certainly likes helping people, and likes leading things by himself. Maybe discuss some problems of our own with him? See how he can help? We'll probably feel more relatable then. RN, it feels like we're trying to do the same thing we're trying to keep him from doing: Helping other people with their problems, without mentioning our own.

Right now I'm just gonna leave him alone for the rest of the day, as I don't think I'll be able to make much progress. Last time, I was using Ian's account, but I was talking about how we all make mistakes, but we need to ask for forgiveness and build back up from those mistakes. Except, he didn't actually ask for forgiveness and almost quit Mecabricks instead. So, I'm not really sure how to proceed without knowing what he's going through. If I knew what he was going through, I could better discern whether or not he needed to be left alone, or if he needed other people to help him.
