I just bought Mecabricks yesterday, but am already running into issues. The scale of the bricks in Blender are giant and it makes it impossible to work with anything besides a single brick. This is frustrating, but I have found a fix! I'm just not skilled enough in Python to implement it, so I'm making a feature request here.
In the mecabricks nodes, the first node is "Scale". This scales down all the textures in Mecabricks. I've set it to 0.1. I also scaled down my brick Object to 0.1. Having both of these on the same scale fixes all the texture scaling issues and allows me to work with large quantities of bricks at once in Blender.

I'm not skilled in Python, or else I would automate a script to scale all the bricks and change the scale on the node myself. But I think you could add an option to the import script to allow us to set a scale for the Objects (and corresponding Scale node).
Thanks!
Hello,
It has been explained before. Mecabricks uses mm as a base unit which makes sense for LEGO elements. Blender by default uses m which makes sense for real life scenes. The template provided in the addon is set up correctly . However if you wish to use your own scene, make sure that you set the units appropriately. Hope it helps.
