Hi,

Here are four options to rotate a part in small or exact increments.

A. Change your snap increment from Medium to Small in the top toolbar or toggle through them with keyboard shortcut [Q]. Then you can grab and rotate the part by the handles in 0.5º increments.
B. Open the Transform tab and type in the angle of the part that you want on the correct axis, then hit apply. This will set the position of your part to the value that you entered.
C. Open the Move tab, change to Rotation and choose an axis. Your part will rotate by the number of degrees that you enter.
D. You can use the keyboard shortcut [R], type an axis and then an amount and hit enter. This will rotate your part by that amount. This will have the same effect as option C.

X is Red
Y is Green (Vertical)
Z is Blue
