How do you make transparent pieces to glow in render as if they were actually on?

Hi Pedro-

You will want to add an emission material in your lighting setup in the 3D Render mode. Here is an example I did with only an orange brick as a light source.

In the 3D Render mode, on the right side go to the Lighting tab and scroll down to Emission. Click on the dropdown and choose the color of the transparent parts that you wish to glow. Click on the [+] button and you should see your material added to the list. Now you can adjust the strength in the box below.

Note: If you have multiple pieces with the same transparent color they will all glow, so make sure your headlights are a different color than your windows.

By the way, here is what I started with. The only things I did in the 3D Render mode beside adding the emission material was to turn off HDRI lighting and add a floor.
